  1. A good choice of tea, but perhaps not the most representative type. Definitely only ever use a splash of milk with Earl Grey ! Use a TEA-STRAINER to avoid pouring leaves in cup, just as everyone here in GB does. An infuser will at a push do this job for you.

    Always pre-heat the tea-pot to keep the tea warm longer, otherwise hot water is being used to heat the pot instead of infusing the tea-leaf.
